Auditor
The County Auditor is the only elected official, other than the one commissioner, that is elected in a gubernatorial election year.

Clerk of Courts
Welcome to the Henry County Clerk of Courts web page. In the Legal Divsion, the Clerk of Courts is the "keeper of the record" for the Henry County Common Pleas Court and the 3rd District Court of Appeals. You'll locate Civil, Judgment Liens, Criminal, and Domestic Relations matters such as divorce and dissolution, cases in the legal office. In the Title Division, the Clerk is responsible for issuing motor vehicle and watercraft titles and we are a Passport Acceptance Agency.

Coroner
The Coroner is responsible for investigating deaths that are a result from criminal activity, violent means, accidents, suspicious or unusual manner, or if a person dies from apparently good health.

Engineer
The County Engineer and his staff are responsible for the planning, design, construction and maintenance of 390 miles of County highways, 285 bridges and approximately 3,000 culverts.

Municipal Court Judge
Municipal courts are courts of record created by the General Assembly pursuant to Article IV Section 6 of the Ohio Constitution and Sections 1901.01 and 1901.02 of the Revised Code.

Prosecuting Attorney
The Prosecuting Attorney is the county government's chief civil and criminal legal representative in court.

Recorder
The county recorder is the official keeper of real estate records for the county.

Sheriff's Office
The Sheriff's Office is responsible for keeping the public peace within the county.

Treasurer's Office
The Henry County Treasurer serves as Henry County's chief investment officer, the administrator of delinquent tax collections and the keeper of the property tax escrow account.
